Bilingualism is the pillar of the Infanterix and Elly & Stoffl educational project. It enables each child to master two languages, and to understand two different cultures.
The curriculum is designed to create an environment rich in
learning and education.
Schools are filled with various sources of learning allowing
children to engage with their environment and foster natural
learning experiences by organizing visits to the forest,
museums, farms.
The satisfaction of the families of the children enrolled is measured by an annual survey.
These quality indicators tell us about the children's well-being and enable us to identify strengths and areas for improvement, so that we can adjust our services to meet their expectations as closely as possible.
Infanterix and Elly & Stoffl cultivate an exceptional team spirit, fostering high employee engagement through a culture of open expression. By actively encouraging individuals to share their ideas, skills, and visions, the organization fuels the evolution of a dynamic and diverse educational project.
Moreover, openness, honesty, and acceptance of differences serve as core values guiding internal interactions.
These values not only contribute to a healthy and respectful work environment but also promote employee fulfillment and ultimately lead to optimized teaching methods.
